At HD DIAMOND – Truly High Definition, we are committed to delivering high-quality audio products. Every product undergoes quality inspection before dispatch.

❌ No Return Policy

All products sold on www.hddiamond.in are non-returnable.

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Incorrect product selection by the customer

• Preference or expectation mismatch

• Compatibility issues clearly mentioned in the product description

• Products that have been used or physically damaged by the customer

Customers are advised to carefully review product specifications, features, and compatibility details before placing an order.

🔄 Replacement Policy

We offer replacement only for:

• Manufacturing defects

• Dead on Arrival (DOA) products

• Products received in damaged condition due to transit

• Incorrect product delivered

Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

📌 A clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened is mandatory for claims related to damage, missing items, or defects.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be approved.

Once approved, replacements will be processed within 3–5 working days, subject to product availability.

🚚 Pickup and Return Shipping

For approved replacement requests:

• Pickup will be arranged from the customer's location if the area is serviceable by our courier partners.

• If pickup service is unavailable, the customer will be required to self-ship the product to the address provided by HD DIAMOND.

• In eligible cases, reasonable shipping charges may be reimbursed after verification.

Customers must ensure that products are securely packed during return transit.

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not applicable as products are non-returnable.

Refunds may be processed only if:

• The order is cancelled before dispatch.

• A replacement product is unavailable.

• HD DIAMOND is unable to fulfill the order.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

📦 Important Instructions

• Keep the original packaging for at least 7 days after delivery.

• Do not remove warranty seals.

• Ensure products are packed properly if instructed to return them.

• All accessories, manuals, remotes, and included items must be returned for replacement eligibility.
