• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require OTP verification or confirmation before dispatch.

Delivery Time

• Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days depending on your location.

• Deliveries to remote or non-serviceable areas may take additional time.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping is available on most HD DIAMOND products across India.

• Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Customers can use the tracking link provided to monitor shipment status.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

HD DIAMOND shall not be held liable for delays caused by such circumstances.

Packaging & Safety

All products are securely packed to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

📌 Customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video at the time of delivery. This video may be required to process claims related to transit damage or missing items.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the shipment, re-delivery charges may apply.

International Shipping

Currently, HD DIAMOND ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
