At HD DIAMOND – Truly High Definition, every product undergoes quality inspection before dispatch to ensure the best possible customer experience.
No Return Policy
All products sold on www.hddiamond.in are non-returnable.
Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:

Change of mind after purchase.

Incorrect product selection by the customer.

Preference or expectation mismatch.

Compatibility issues that were clearly mentioned in the product description.
Customers are advised to carefully review product specifications, features, and compatibility details before placing an order.
Replacement Policy
We provide replacement only in the event of:

Manufacturing defects.

Products received in damaged condition due to transit.
-
Dead-on-arrival products.
Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Unboxing Video Requirement
To process any damage, missing item, or defect claim, customers must provide a clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.
Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be approved.
Conditions for Replacement Approval
To qualify for replacement:

The product must be unused and returned with its original packaging.

All accessories, manuals, remotes, and included items must be returned.

Products showing signs of misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized modification will not be eligible.
Pickup and Return Shipping
For approved replacement requests:

Pickup will be arranged from the customer's location if the area is serviceable by our courier partners.

If pickup service is unavailable in the customer's area, the customer will be required to self-ship the product to the address provided by HD DIAMOND.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product is securely packed during return transit.
Any damage occurring due to improper packaging during return shipment will not be covered.
Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not applicable as products are non-returnable.
However, refunds may be processed under the following circumstances:

The order is cancelled before dispatch.

A replacement product is unavailable.
-
The order cannot be fulfilled by HD DIAMOND.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Spare Parts and Accessories
Replacement microphones, receiver chips, spare parts, and accessories are sold for compatible products only.
Please verify model compatibility and specifications before ordering.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for compatibility-related issues where product details have been clearly stated.
